The owner of the construction company is accountable for the application of due diligence when it comes to ensuring the wellbeing and protection of the worker. For this reason, it is recommended that the safety signs be installed in areas where the bulk of the work are being done. An employer must always supply and properly preserve these important gadgets for the sake of the all the employees and any person who happen to be roaming in the area. The signs and symbols are very practical and if the company is concerned in bringing about a conducive workplace for laborers, now is the appropriate time for it to place an order for the safety signs.
Nothing can compensate for the loss of life and limb just in case something unforeseen happens at the construction site. In addition to this, the warning device can immediately instill consciousness among the workers as to the impending harm. The State rules and regulations impose upon the company owner to provide the right facility for the protection of the workers’ security and this includes installing signs. Physical injuries and other types of bodily harm can be experienced by the workers if management fails to set up a warning sign. Corollary to this, even the supplier of materials, engineers and overseers are not safe whenever they visit the building site. While it is true that setting up a solar safety device will necessarily mean an additional expense to the company, this is a lot better than letting people be killed or injured.

Cookie cutters are not just for baking cookies. They can be used as ornaments themselves or used to make ornaments. Simplest way to make a cookie cutter as decoration is to tie a ribbon on it and just hang it. But where is the creativity on that? So let’s tackle on how we can use cookie cutters as tree ornaments with a twist.
Things that you will need are cookie cutters (metal cookie cutters just the cheap kind) colorful paper prints, or printed photographs, liquid glue, scissors, ribbon, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, ¼ cup water, and paint.
Gather a dozen or more inexpensive cookie cutters. Place the cutters on top of the decorative paper (semi-hard paper will work best) trace the cookie cutter on the paper print or photo with a light pencil. After doing so cut the edges of the trace. Put liquid glue along the edges of the sharp side of the cutter. Use a cotton swab to put glue rather than using your finger to avoid cutting yourself. Allow the glue covered cutter to dry. When dry poke a hole on the top part of the ornament and insert ribbon for it to hang. This is for paper styled ornaments.
For salt dough ornaments you first need to make the salt dough. Combine flour salt and cold water. Combine until it is a massive dough ball. Roll the dough out in the thickness you would like. As you would do in regular dough for baking cut out “cookies” from the dough. Let the dough dry put the dough onto a parchment paper and poke a small hole using a toothpick on top of the dough for the ribbon to be inserted once dry. Once the dough is dry that is the time to start painting. Here is where your creativity kicks in let paint dry for 24hrs. And once dry hang your newly made ornaments for all to adore!
