MAKING A NAME
I have been working for more than two years when I decided to find another job. Two months ago I started to submit my resume online. A week after my job hunt, I received a call for interview so I went. The interviewer happens to be the chief executive officer and I am confident that the interview went well. That is why after a week since the interview, I received another call for the final interview and that is when I was finally hired. So I resigned right away from my current employer then. At first, my boss didn’t accept my resignation and telling me to file for a vacation instead but I insisted so he eventually approved it. Then two weeks after I started with my new job. The company where I am working now is just a branch and our headquarters is located in another country. I am one of the pioneers. The company started with only nine personnel so all of us have been busy for the training. The construction of our main office then was still on-going so our office was initially based in a condo unit. It took us more than a month in order to learn the flow of the operations. The head of our administrative office was busy working on for our uniform and office supplies. She came up with the idea that since we will be dealing most of the time with our clients, we need to have Name Badges. In that way, our clients would remember us easily. So we came up with our own design. We helped her search online and fortunately, we found a company that offers name badges. The result of our design turned out very nice with the help of a wide range of colors and styles available. Our administrative head already placed an order and we can’t wait to wear it especially now that we are already working in the main office.
