The cross is an important symbol for all Christian, in fact it is a summary of our faith and belief. It is also a symbol of Christ’s victory redeeming us from sins. And so, we wear it as necklace, bracelet and even anklets. In religious stores, we can find crossed in variety of styles. There are even stores that offer personalized crosses made according the desired size, colour and materials. Different anniversaries can also be graced with various anniversary crosses as a gift. In fact I ordered one just last month for the 25th wedding anniversary of my mom and dad. Somehow it brings about inspiration to keep on loving each other as Christ himself died on the cross offering His love for us. There are indeed cross styles that we can find for all age and generation to fit. For younger ones, childrens crosses are really blockbusters. At times, we find them a lot colourful and with some touch of fashion and style. But no matter what the theme is, the meaning if the cross remains. It is a symbol of a great love. And so wearing it should also inspire us to love and understand the people around us and even those we meet every day. Thinking about giving a gift, I believe crosses in differ style is a good consideration. After all, we can be sure that they will be worn by the person every day, or it will be displayed at home in the altar, staircase and even the entrance door.
